Project Ebenezer is led by a passionate team of volunteers committed to supporting the mental health and wellness of first responders. Our board members bring firsthand experience, advocacy, and expertise to drive meaningful change. We are united by a shared mission—to be a ‘stone of help’ for those who serve our communities every day.

Paige Wood

President & Co-Founder

Paige taught 5th and 6th grade for four years before pursuing her dream of becoming a police officer. She earned degrees in Elementary and Special Education from Indiana Wesleyan University, where she was named Student Teacher of the Year. Now in her fifth year of law enforcement, she serves in the patrol division as a Certified Child Forensic Interviewer, Field Training Officer, and IPMBA-certified Bike Patrol Officer. She is also a keynote speaker for various trainings and events. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, mountain biking, waterfalls, and spending time with her dog, Waylon.

RJ Nethaway

Vice President & Co-Founder

RJ brings 15 years of law enforcement experience and currently serves as a Detective Sergeant in the detective division in Warsaw, IN. He has held roles as Assistant Commander of an undercover narcotics unit and has been a task force officer with ATF since 2018. RJ also serves on the local county drug court board, is a board member for MCIO, and leads as Dive Team Commander. With a background in confinement and construction, he holds multiple certifications, including DEA Clandestine Lab, ILEA Instructor, and IPMBA Bike Patrol. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, mountain biking, woodworking, and spending time with his two kids and his dog.

Megan graduated from Anderson University and has a diverse background, having worked as an activities director, sales representative, and travel nurse recruiter. She is currently pursuing a career as an electrician. As a proud family member of first responders, Megan is dedicated to supporting those who serve and protect our communities.

Linda Kitch

Linda Kitch is a retired CPA with 25 years of experience in public accounting and a decade in orthopedics, where she held roles in finance, sales operations, and administration at Biomet and Zimmer Biomet. Since retiring, she has dedicated her time to volunteering with organizations like Big Brothers/Big Sisters, CASA, Youth for Christ, and Calvary Chapel Lake City. Linda and her husband, Steve, have four married children and eight grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys camping, swimming, hiking, and traveling.
